Typical overpriced dealership service center $800 for an annual service on a VW is exorbitant. Not a Porsche or high-end Audi but a VW. Wasted time Generally have no complaints but this time was the exception. Was not notified car was ready to go. Top praise for Westside VW Service Department Tiguan developed a transmission leak, two months after a major repair of engine seal failure. Westside informed me, that the transmission gasket had b Tiguan developed a transmission leak, two months after a major repair of engine seal failure. Westside informed me, that the transmission gasket had been pinched during reassembly of the engine/transmission on the previous visit, and took complete responsibility. Fixed the problem, and provided a rental (nice new Atlas), free of charge. The Customer Service at Westside VW is beyond compare! More

It's All About ME! I've had easy work done at Luther Westside and on occasion, painful work done on my Jetta (Which I bought at Luther Westside). In every occasion, I've I've had easy work done at Luther Westside and on occasion, painful work done on my Jetta (Which I bought at Luther Westside). In every occasion, I've never felt they cut corners, charged me unnecessarily. They've always made the cost insignificant when it needed to be and took the time to explain when there was a need for a greater outlay. If I ever buy new (And I'm a VW guy), I always feel confident leaving my car in their hands to look after for a long long life More

Profesional service and results at Westside VW Service advisor Dan Vick was exceptional during my visit to Westside VW. He understood all my concerns with my 2011 VW Jetta Sportwagon and had the t Service advisor Dan Vick was exceptional during my visit to Westside VW. He understood all my concerns with my 2011 VW Jetta Sportwagon and had the technician repair all the problems in a timely fashion. He summarized the progress with the repairs twice as I waited for the car. The needed radio was ordered and will be installed this coming Tuesday, Faster than expected for this part to arrive. I will ask for Mr. Vick when I arrive for the appointment Tuesday. More

I arrived on a Monday night at 5:45 pm and at first they didn't th This was my first oil change for my new VW and first experience at Luther Westside. I arrived on a Monday night at 5:45 pm and at first they didn't think they could get me through the Express Service, but they were able to squeeze me in and got the oil change and tire rotation done by 8 pm when they closed! There was a new service rep working and he had some troubles getting me in their system so another rep helped out and comp'ed me for the tire rotation because he felt bad I had to wait. All around, great experience working with the service reps! More

Brake noise after replacement. On short notice the service center was able to take my car in for brake noise that started after having all new brakes put in. They accommodated me with a rental car so I could get on with my day quickly. And within a few hours my car had been inspected and adjustments made. May have been oxidation or road debris. The brakes sound fine now and I was very pleased with how courteous everyone was. More
