Certified Warranty is a joke I bought my car with 75k miles with a “Certified Warranty” label on it. So I paid a little more for my car because of that. I came in a month ago beca I bought my car with 75k miles with a “Certified Warranty” label on it. So I paid a little more for my car because of that. I came in a month ago because my battery wasn’t holding a charge. The battery was flat dead and I needed a jump everytime I went to start it. The mechanics come back and say there is nothing wrong with it. So I get charged $50 for a service fee with nothing actually getting done. I get the car back and sure enough within a week, the car won’t start. For 3 weeks I had to get a jump wherever I went to. Finally I got fed up and took it back into the dealership. Turns out the battery is now showing as dead and needs to be replaced. Well that’s not covered under a certified warranty but would be covered if I had bought a new car. Price comes in at $232 and I have to pay that all out of pocket. Turns out your BS warranty isn’t that much of a warranty at all. So for that month I was under the assumption something like that would be covered. I would have just gone and bought a battery replacement and installed on my own if I would have known you guys nickel and dime. I won’t ever buy a vehicle here again (or a Volkswagen for that matter). More

Got new tire I went in to get my car checked out because it was not shifting properly, and my tire sensor kept going off. I ended up needing a new tire because of I went in to get my car checked out because it was not shifting properly, and my tire sensor kept going off. I ended up needing a new tire because of a nail, which I waited over an hour and a half for. I was then quoted only for the tire, without labor charges, so my total ended up being $70 more than what I was quoted. Very unhappy with this service. More

Not impressed My car was in for an oil change and a check for an issue with a cold start. I had a 6:30am appointment on Friday morning and I dropped it off Thursday My car was in for an oil change and a check for an issue with a cold start. I had a 6:30am appointment on Friday morning and I dropped it off Thursday, the night before. They could find no trouble with the cold start and I did not hear back from the dealer until late afternoon the following day. When I came to pick up my car, it was not washed. I waited for a wash. Everyone I dealt with was okay, they were just not friendly. More

Scheduled Manufacturer Recall Service Appointment scheduling was smooth because of plenty of options. I was also given the opportunity to bring up other concerns, which I did. The car was dropped off as planned and in half the time expected for the recall work they had also diagnosed and ordered parts for another unrelated issue that I had asked about. The service writer Dillon was good to work with. The car now feels exactly the same as it did before and that is good. More

Excellent Service but I have always experienced excellent, prompt, courteous service from this dealer. However this time the catalytic converter on my Atlas had to be repla I have always experienced excellent, prompt, courteous service from this dealer. However this time the catalytic converter on my Atlas had to be replaced under warranty. The vehicle is now making a weird rubbing sound at low speeds which I am told is probably a heat shield rubbing on an inner axle shaft. Not happy at all as I live 2 hours away from the dealer, and have to travel to Iowa tomorrow. More
