On December 17th, my husband and I went to Lux Auto in Auburn looking to buy two new cars. It was around 1:00pm as we had made an appointment to meet with Jeff who brought in Billy Mish to assist with our car search and purchase. We had hoped it would not be the typical high pressure sales tactics that we experienced with other dealerships in the past. What we weren't expecting was the absolutely stellar service we received from start to finish and then some. This is truly a one of a kind dealership. As we described the type of car and what each was to be used for, Billy listened intently. He told us to hold on for a quick moment and the next thing we knew, there was a car waiting out front, warmed up and ready to test drive. The minute I sat behind the wheel, I knew that this car was the perfect match! A Lexus GS 350 AWD was never on our radar until Billy matched us with one. The same unfolded for my husband as he needed a commuter car. The experience in the business office, for the purchases, was smooth and fast. What stood out most for us was being told we could renegotiate the percentage rate in 6-8 months, though they had negotiated the best rate available for us at the present time. Overall, our experience with Lux Auto was an extremely positive one. We will be buying all of our future cars from here.
