Or the annoying question "Are you ready to buy today?" Rob Wynn at Lux Automotive Group, certainly showed me that I don't have to do that anymore ! I learned that Lux Automotive Group is a concierge service that will do everything to get you the right car for the right price and all you have to do is go to any dealership to see the model, make and test drive the car! Then you call Rob and he will do the rest! I am a 76 yr. retired teacher and grandmother. I didn't want to go through the process of leasing a new car. An old teaching colleague told me how things can be done in this day and age and recommended Lux. Rob is like having someone from your family, guiding you through the process and doing all the work for you! He found me my 2020 NX Lexus at a better price than I expected and less than my last lease for the same 2017 model! All I had to do was sign the usual paperwork and take my car. Rob even offered to deliver the car to my house !! I can't say enough about how happy I am with his service!
