The Rover we were looking to purchase was sold but Tony found another on the lot that fit our needs and price range. He and Travis were fantastic through the entire sales process. Tony helped to build my dream car selecting aftermarket wheels and a hood wrap so the Rover was unique. Shawn was dilligent in indentifying financing that more than fit our budget and truly cared about getting the best deal for our money. I have been looking for my dream jeep for quite a while. I've dealt with the typical car salesman stereotypes and also another speciality dealer that was VERY unresponsive. Mackenzie Woodruff was THE most I've dealt with the typical car salesman stereotypes and also another speciality dealer that was VERY unresponsive. Mackenzie Woodruff was THE most pleasant person I've ever done business with. She was extremely friendly, outgoing, educated, and up front and honest about my deal. There were no surprises, and she was very responsive and worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I've always wanted :). I work a ton, and I was able to get this entire deal done via online and phone, I went to the dealership the next day and signed the papers and that was it!! I would come back to Luxor Auto Group in a heartbeat, specifically to work with Mackenzie again. I love their no pressure sales and friendly staff. Lisa Rosselli was also very pleasant to deal with and made the finance portion a breeze. There were no hidden fees, like there typically have been in the past, once I get past the sales process. Aaron explained a good portion of the process to me as this was my first time financing an auto. When I experienced a delay with collecting the funds needed for my down payment, Aaron stayed in contact with me and was prompt with returning communication. It was also month end so there was pressure to complete the transaction, yet I never felt threatened and he was respectful in dealing with a frustrating situation until the sale could be finalized.
