After several months of searching, we were thrilled to finally find the exact car and color combination we had been looking for at Luxury Auto Collection in Scottsdale. From the moment we arrived, we finally find the exact car and color combination we had been looking for at Luxury Auto Collection in Scottsdale. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the front desk and immediately assisted by Alex. He walked us over to the vehicle and demonstrated impressive knowledge of its history, including details about the previous owner who had traded it in just two days earlier. In our 67 years—and after owning 13 Mercedes-Benz vehicles—we can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Alex is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The entire process was focused on creating a genuine and positive customer experience. Even after the purchase, Alex’s communication has been excellent and consistently responsive. Alex and the entire team at Luxury Auto Collection truly made us feel valued, welcomed, and appreciated. We are extremely impressed with every aspect of the experience—it was simply awesome. More
They sold me a $200,000 rolls Royce without the umbrellas and so many issues, there is a broken mirror on the inside, there is a body scratches, the WRAP was done terribly and they have disappeared, will not and so many issues, there is a broken mirror on the inside, there is a body scratches, the WRAP was done terribly and they have disappeared, will not return my calls More
I wrote the owner saying I wasn't going to write a review, but "wise men change their minds, fools never do", so I change my mind because I believe others should know before they purchase a vehicle fr review, but "wise men change their minds, fools never do", so I change my mind because I believe others should know before they purchase a vehicle from Luxury Auto Collections that you may not get what you paid for. A 2012 Mercedes SLS, purchased and delivered taking the word of the salesman that this was a great car. When it was delivered by enclosed transportation, the vehicle looked ok, but when I got it home it was a mess. Rubbing my hand over the car it felt like sandpaper. Three hours of claying and washing the car removed the rough ness. the Seats felt like they had been in the desert for some time. Another three hours going over the leather in the interior with cleaner and conditioner. Then I started to notice various things. The passenger door struts were worn out, the glove box light was missing, the left front speaker cover was MISSING, the front tow bolt grill cover missing along with the tow hook. I emailed the owner and he wrote back saying "they dropped the ball" and that they would send those parts, which they did except for the tow hook. Then I noticed a day later that the ash tray was missing, the cover for the electrical socket in the glove box was missing, the storage net on the passenger side with the brackets were missing and the wrong wheel bolts were used in one of the wheels. I have replaced them all to the tune of over a thousand dollars. The salesman said that shipping was delayed for the window washer fluid holder was leaking and being replaced, it is still leaking and will have to be replaced again. Roughly, a thousand dollar job at the MB dealer. This last week we got it up on a lift at the local MB dealer and found the two of the crossmember support brackets were bent, obviously the vehicle ran over something big. Those two items run $400.00. Now, I have kept track of the manhours and after 200 manhours the vehicle is in decent shape. I told the salesman about the ashtray and a couple other items and he could care less. I finally, wrote the owner, gave him a week to respond and nothing. I will admit that it is my fault to not have inspected or hired someone to inspect the car prior to purchase, however I have purchased several cars in the past and never had a problem. This time was different. I cannot recommend this dealership or would I ever buy another vehicle from them. I will say that the owner offered to buy the car back after my email and at that time I had repaired or fixed several items and had numerous manhours in the car. I should of let them have it back. So, all I can say is beware of buying from this dealership and make sure if you do buy from them that you have the vehicle inspected by an authorized dealer. More
Go see them Good guys. They do right by people, which is something I hold highly. I recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle. I’ll be back. Good guys. They do right by people, which is something I hold highly. I recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle. I’ll be back. More

We placed a $500.00 refundable deposit to ensure the boat would not be sold before we got to it. I test drove the boat and determined that it needed more repair than I was interested in taking on. I requested my deposit back several times to no avail . The fact that Luxury Auto Collection would at will keep a deposit illegally screams bad business practice at its core. More
