Luxury Auto Sales in Arlington, VA. Let me start off by saying, this dealership is horrible. A bunch of raggedy people who are not professional at all. I don't know how they even got there business license. First off, you look at their cars online and in fine print it says that the price is $3000 more then what it actually is posted for. They hide the fact that they have a $600 Processing fee. HAHA. Not even Rosenthal Honda, which is 99% better than this shitty dealership has a processing fee of that much. We go into the dealership, and they tell us its $3000 more. We start flipping out about why they advertise their cars like that. The manager Jason Brown brought the price from $13,996 to $10,500. Desperate huh? It's already 6 P.M and I wanted to show my mechanic, so we left and waited until Saturday. I call them on Saturday, and they are like sure come on in, and you can take it to show your mechanic. I drive out 45 minutes to get to this dealership. When I arrive, Omar says they need to keep the car in the lot because it's a Saturday, and they think they can sell it. HAHA! So I'm just completely pissed off, why this guy won't let me take it to my mechanic. He refused to show me the CarFax report, and told me to pay $25.00 online and get one. Real Professional huh? So I call him again on Monday, and Jason Brown said that the $10,500 was a ONE day deal. HAHA. Get out of here, you scammer. I told him that's it. I called the Better Business bureau and DMV and reported them. DMV is going to make sure they change all their ads on both autotrader.com and cars.com because they don't have the processing fees in their ads, and they can't advertise $3,000 less than actual value. Scammers. Anyways, I suggest you NOT take your business to Luxury Auto Sales in Arlington, VA and go to another dealership. (There are PLENTY). Looks like a lot of other people agree with me as well. HAHA.
