I'll just start with WOW. I really lucked out. I had just started looking for a different SUV and found the dealership online. They had several suvs I was interested in . John met us at the door, shook my hand and preceded to be the best dealer I have ever experienced. He asked what I was interested in and listened. The lot was full of high quality pre owned vehicles. Each had great signage displayed with their prices and histories. I had a good selection within my price point. I test drive 3 and purchased 1. They gave me what Blue Book listed my trade in is worth. John, our dealer, went over the history of the vehicle and made it a point to make sure I knew everything I wanted to know and more. Their vehicles are priced reasonably and at their bottom dollar so the buyer doesn't have to try and negotiate or wonder if they got the best deal, I like that.Financing was easy and available, on Sunday even, at the dealership with a 2.9%rate . The customer service was off the charts. There is a small scratch on a door and some peeling clear coat on a small area of a bumper. Get this! They are sending a representative over to my house, an hour away, in a few days. They'll pick up the car, have their body shop repair the damage and return it to my house. That's door to door service for no charge! Will I recommend John and his dealship...ABSOLUTELY. More
