I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-250 Limited from Luxury Motor Car LLC on August 8, 2025. During the sales process, the tires were discussed and I was told they had some wear but were safe to drive h Luxury Motor Car LLC on August 8, 2025. Within just one trip home (about 5 hours), three out of four tires suffered catastrophic tread separation/ballooning. I had to fight the steering wheel the entire drive and narrowly avoided serious accidents. This was not normal wear — it was unsafe. I immediately contacted my salesman when I got home. At first I offered to split the cost of new tires in good faith, but since then I’ve been completely ignored. No follow-up, no accountability, no customer service whatsoever. I’ve had to spend over $4,100 out of pocket for replacement tires and installation. As a veteran and someone who purchases multiple vehicles every year, I have never been treated with this level of disregard by a dealership. To be ignored after such a dangerous situation is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Be very cautious if you choose to do business here. More

Found a larger SUV to fit our family Jeff was wonderful with the paperwork and showing us the SUV. Wasn't pushy and listened to us.
