Horrible experience Bought a used Tahoe. Looked great but was sold to me as is, 3 weeks into ownership a very expensive part failed and lynch said they weren't obligated Bought a used Tahoe. Had to go back and forth for days and only saw results after I said I was getting a lawyer. I had to install the new part myself. When I picked up the part the parts department swore at me using the "F" word and tossed the box with the part at me. Afterwords the general manager instructed me not to come back with any further issues with the vehicle. After 6 weeks of ownership the engine burns oil, the transmission shifts wrong and burns fluid, the front suspension needs to be replaced and the electronics inside the truck started failing. I tried to contact one of the owners but ended up dealing with the same general manager, he again said they were not obligated to do anything and commented how the truck is used and older so there are going to be things wrong with it. Also the tires were completely dry rotted and cracked. A penny could fit in the cracks. That's how wide they were. After looking up the Kelly blue book value. It came to $3,000. Lynch sold the truck for $8,990 before all the fees that come with buying a vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! they are a horrible place. They will find any way they can to screw you over. I had to go to another dealership and purchase another vehicle. I had to roll a substantial amount of money into the new loan. I understand this is an as is vehicle but I don't feel that this truck should have even been on the sales lot. I asked the dealer I went to if they would have put this truck on their lot and they said absolutely not. It would have gone straight to auction. Selling me a vehicle in this state of disrepair shows they have no morals and don't care. They just want to sell cars. More

Great as always! I am very impressed this visit as to the body shop guys ( took a ding out of my driver door ) also tuched up a couple spots, then gave me a bottle of I am very impressed this visit as to the body shop guys ( took a ding out of my driver door ) also tuched up a couple spots, then gave me a bottle of touch up paint. Next the detail guys did great, also. Last of all, the service guys set me up right for winter, no need to tell them what all to do. Why you may wonder, because I have the best salesman in the store ( KEN. ) This man knows everything that needs done and relays the info to the service dept. while I just stand by and watch. That's the action I recieve. Thanks, Lynch team, you guys scored another one, in my book. More

I WENT THERE TO GET A VEHICLE EMISSION TEST FOR MY CAR, THE SERVICE LADY WAS VERY RUDE,SHORT IN HER WORDS AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL. SHE ACTED LIKE I WAS A BOTHER TO HER. I NEVER SEEN SUCH RUDENESS BEFO THE SERVICE LADY WAS VERY RUDE,SHORT IN HER WORDS AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL. SHE ACTED LIKE I WAS A BOTHER TO HER. I NEVER SEEN SUCH RUDENESS BEFORE. IF LYNCH DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE TO COME THERE AND GET THERE VEHICLE TESTED FOR EMISSIONS, I SUGGEST THEM NOT TO DO THIS LIKE OF SERVICE, BUT OF COURSE THEY DO GET PAID FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO DO THIS KIND OF SERVICE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR!!!!!! More
