The appointment took alot longer than it was supposed to and the service rep (who was new) screwed up my bill a few times. From the time she called me to tell me I could pick up my truck till the time I lef and the service rep (who was new) screwed up my bill a few times. From the time she called me to tell me I could pick up my truck till the time I left the dealership was 62 minutes! More
