Bought a 2011 Tacoma. Price was reasonable. Poor, poor preparation. They had the vehicle we wanted to trade for 2 days and were over $2500 off on trade value as they 'forgot' the vehicle had on board GPS. Have dealer out of FL that will buy the ve to trade for 2 days and were over $2500 off on trade value as they 'forgot' the vehicle had on board GPS. Have dealer out of FL that will buy the vehicle for 3500 more outright than they offered on trade. This dealer had the best pricing in my area. I sent in my interest form and Jay was my contact. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and did everything in his power to make this process as e my interest form and Jay was my contact. He simply provided me with all the information, answered all my questions and was available in case I needed further information. When dealing with warranties, it can be a hassle but he explained everything to me to help me be able to make the best decision. Although this is his job, he looked out for my interest as well.
