Why have appointments for service when you still have to wait? The system needs to be re-evaluated. 2 hours for a tire rotation. And I waited 2 weeks for the appointment to avoid that very thing as I have a wait? The system needs to be re-evaluated. 2 hours for a tire rotation. Everyone was nice, no problem there but you'll lose and have lost business. 6 appointments every half hour is to much. Might I recommend a a scheduler expert for advice on how to best organize the appointment times? I'm guessing you don't care about my comments, might even laugh at them, so be it.
