Great Experience We had been doing research on a new vehicle & decided to test drive a 2017 Nissan Armada. Our salesperson, Phillip Alexander met us on his night off We had been doing research on a new vehicle & decided to test drive a 2017 Nissan Armada. Our salesperson, Phillip Alexander met us on his night off for our test drive. We were impressed with the Armada, but Lynchburg Nissan did not have the exterior & interior color we wanted in their inventory. This was on Thursday evening & by Friday evening Phillip had gone the "extra mile" & our new Armada had been delivered to the dealership. We met with Phillip on Saturday to pick up our new vehicle & the entire experience could not have been better with the deal, financing & the big red bow & red carpet we were presented with upon being introduced to our new Armada. The best car dealership EVER From the moment we set foot on the lot, there was a much different atmosphere than all the other dealerships we had been to. We were greeted by Phil, From the moment we set foot on the lot, there was a much different atmosphere than all the other dealerships we had been to. We were greeted by Phil, and immediately knew this guy was different than other pushy salesmen. We were looking for a full size van and Phil showed us all of the options. If there was a question we had, he made sure to gather extensive information to give us a fully informed answer. I have been exclusively a Chevy owner for more than twenty years, well between the options, price and most importantly the salesman, Phil, not only did we buy our new van from Lynchburg Nissan, but we bought two vans that day and are in the process of ordering a new truck from them.
