Terrible I went into Lynchburg Nissan to find a car for me and my 2 small children. I worked with Bill Hunter who was GREAT, but my good experience ends there. I have since taken the car back 8 times and my check engine light is back on. AC is broke and has been broken since I purchased and they will not fix it. 2 days after I bought it the check engine light came on and the wrong part was put in my car when I took it to get it serviced. When I took it back because the check engine light was on when I drove away from the service center, they lied and said they just forgot to cut the light off. 6 trips later they finally came clean and admitted to replacing the wrong part. Now I am fighting the battle to have my AC fixed and still have to take it in to find out why the check engine light is on again. Lastly, I gave them an extra 790 dollars when I bought the car. The charge was for any repairs that had to be done to get it ready to go on the lot. The managers are rude, the service people lie, and you get the run around like none other!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! I would avoid all lots in the Mabry Auto Group if possible. They seem to run shady business in general. More
