Lynchburg Nissan

I had a horrible experience at this dealership, and have now found out that many others have as well. I found a car online, and despite the good price online, they told me I had to pay more because there ar now found out that many others have as well. I found a car online, and despite the good price online, they told me I had to pay more because there are shop fees that have to be added onto the price. They also told me they would throw in "favors", which I would have to pay for! This place is full of con artists, and I would NEVER refer anyone to go here, not even my worst enemy. I am definitely letting it be known that this place is a joke. More

I walked in like a lost puppy, there were so many cars! SO many options! SO many choices!!!....Robert walked right up to me and casually made conversation about how he could assist me. There was no pressure from him, and coming from a typical woman who wanted every option open but yet can't make up her mind Robert answered all my questions and help guide me to the perfect car. He promoted a professional and friendly atmosphere. When I did decide to buy he treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. He has truly impressed my mother and me. From start to finish I was out of there in no time at all, I was treated with such respect and concern for all my needs. I never once felt like a "sale" while I was at Nissan. My review is simple if you’re looking for a good quality car or a good quality used vehicle, with friendly service and a service department, if needed behind them, you must go to Nissan in Lynchburg and ask for Robert Aguilar. You will not be disappointed but very pleased and satisfied. You will have a car dealer for life with them!! More

Bought a clean 2005 Maxima from Sheldon Burford in July of 2012. Very nice car. No pressure sales. I'm not someone who likes being pushed into decisions; I can make up my own mind. Everyone at Lynchburg Nissan seems to be more in the business of making people happy than just selling cars to make quota! I don't buy on impulse but the exact model I liked was in stock and Chad showed us all the features, so we decided to talk purchase. Chad continued to be very helpful, presenting us with several different financing options, answering all our questions and was never pushy or anything less than professional and cordial. After we decide to finance the purchase, Chris put together the paperwork quickly and explained the details to us clearly. We took delivery of the vehicle about an hour after started the purchase.
