My son, who had recently purchased a truck from the Lynchburg Nissan dealership, introduced me to his salesman, Spanky McDaniel because he knew I was looking for a vehicle and had narrowed it down to a Lynchburg Nissan dealership, introduced me to his salesman, Spanky McDaniel because he knew I was looking for a vehicle and had narrowed it down to a Versa or a Honda Fit. I had been to Nissan prior to this introduction but was not ready to make a choice at that time, and actually thought I would be buying a used vehicle. After much research and many trips to various dealerships, I decided to look at 2011 vehicles, hoping to wait until the new cars were one the lots so that I could get the best price. Unfortunately, the vehicle I owned developed a serious problem, and I was forced to make a decision sooner than expected. I made contact with the gentlemen at a local Honda lot online and was told that a Fit would be arriving within a couple of days for a test drive; it sold before I made it to the dealership, but when I visited, I was presented with a fair deal and the promise that more Fits were on the way. Meanwhile, I wanted to give the Versa a chance so I went to the Nissan lot and spoke to Spanky about the possibility of matching the Fit price. I also asked about getting a white Versa and was told that they could get one from another lot. After driving the Fit (and finding out that the white one I requested would not be available), I tired the Versa again and contacted a couple of Transmission experts about the best choice for where I live (in the mountains, on a ridge, with a steep gravel drive)and finally settled on the Nissan. Spanky, Demond, and the financial expert worked everything out within a couple of days. We traded in an older vehicle (with some problems) and got a good price on the Versa (I could have gone back to Roanoke and bargained for a better price according to information on the Internet) and I've quit thinking about better deals and am concentrating on enjoying my new car! I love the pinstripe (a surprise) and the room in the back seat and am especially excited about watching the mileage creep up as the gas hand goes down--I drive quite a distance to work each day and needed a gas sipper. All in all, my experience at Lynchburg Nissan was enjoyable. Everyone I met there was gracious and pleasant. More

The employees at the Nissan Dealership demonstrated great customer service skills and quality and had a great deal of patience and were abl exciting. They were helpful during the entire ordeal as I narrowed down to my dream car, which involved me coming over after work 3 days straight ;) I will definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking to purchase a new or used car!!
