Easy to coordinate services, but they haven’t uploaded them to my Ford application. Also, they told me I had a leak on a transfer case for my one year old truck so I’d have to wait an extra 40 minutes. Af them to my Ford application. Also, they told me I had a leak on a transfer case for my one year old truck so I’d have to wait an extra 40 minutes. After waiting the prescribed time, they finished my scheduled service but informed me they didn’t have the transfer case seal. Now, they did say they would order the part and notify me of its arrival so I could have it replaced then, but I live 45 minutes from the dealer. Additionally, I had asked about another part at my last service that was never ordered and I was never informed about. Because that part is an interior rubber window seal I didn’t make mention of it this time. But repeated issues are starting to make me regret my $80k purchase. Should I have gone to Chevy? More
