The salesman Rusty was very helpful,courteous and efficient. I was expecting to get my 2014 fusion repaired. Then the body shop called and said insurance was trying to pick up my car. So I called the insurance co and they verified that my car was a total loss. I cleaned out the car and immediately went to the show room and was met by Rusty McDonald, he advised me on what they had in stock. I looked at the fusion he had and let me drive it home to my wife. She liked the car and I came back the next day and bought it. I was treated very well and did not have any problem purchasing this new fusion. I am 73 years old and this was the best service I have ever received from a dealership. Thank you Rusty and Lynn Layton ford for making a bad day into a good one. More

I got out to look in windows and take a peak at the window sticker and up walks Scott Fuller. Scott was extremely personable, friendly, and professional with a great sense of humor. He was easy to deal with very compassionate and a great salesman to work with. We weren't planning on purchasing a vehicle but left with a new 2019 Ford Edge. Rick Stackhouse made the financing painless and easy and the whole experience took about 3 hours from start to finish. That's about 5 hours shorter than the last new vehicle we purchased.
