17 days after sale,we purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram with plow,It is still in the garage getting over $4000 worth of repairs.Still waiting for the tags we paid over $400 for.No care or concerns from this ni plow,It is still in the garage getting over $4000 worth of repairs.Still waiting for the tags we paid over $400 for.No care or concerns from this nightmare of a so called dealership.I cannot believe they are still able to sell and deal with the public. They should not be allowed to continue to rip off and lie the themselves and the public. They literally stole $6500 took my trade in ,so I have no truck no money and no patience for a dealership that screws hard working people out of there lively hood.We the people need to stand up for each other and report this dealership to Consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau.There has got to be a way to help all that customers that have been affected by these people. Somehow someway all together we can make it right . Because obviously Chantal and pretty boy are not going to help anyone but themselves.And last money means a lot to every single individual and safety not to M2Auto group they are all about distorting people and taking there money,Don’t know how they can sleep at night. Pleasant conversation, but have found this jeep had suffered severe damage to the frame from the reported accident and only has a rating of 35 of 44-63 in comparable vehicles, Meaning this car i suffered severe damage to the frame from the reported accident and only has a rating of 35 of 44-63 in comparable vehicles, Meaning this car is not expected to last for even 5 years. The car looked very good but it was a lease vehicle with multiple drivers. Owned by 1 owner yes, but somewhat disturbing to find that 1 owner was a leasing dealership, therefore, many different drivers. Probably, looked good because the leasing dealership needed to keep up its appearance for leasing purposes but once it was damaged in the accident the leasing dealership sold it to auction with severe frame damage. This Jeep is probably not safe to drive. Definitely not interested in buying this jeep or any other, will instead invest my money into fixing my own Jeep Cherokee that has no accident history. More

I politely asked on two occasions for a CARFAX as an initial step in acquiring a car from them. No response. I sent a third email and said if this is the deplorable level of service they provide, I am n initial step in acquiring a car from them. No response. Bought a car no check engine light but when it was delivered the check engine light was on. Three weeks later absolutely no help whatsoever and the car is still misfiring and cannot get inspected. Called on the phone, told them we have over 1h 1/2 drive. Asked, does it look as good as it does in the pictures. The guy said “it has a few scratches”.
