recently purchased a vehicle and did not notice on the website it was a salvage vehicle even after I asked her why the vehicle was cheap she just said because they get them at whole sale we even spoke on website it was a salvage vehicle even after I asked her why the vehicle was cheap she just said because they get them at whole sale we even spoke on the phone numerous times before coming down they could have at told us and let me make the decision if I still wanted the vehicle. That was not all so after getting the vehicle since the title was not clean we had to get a enhanced inspection upon we discovered we would need the title for it so it took them over a month and a half to get to us then we were told it wouldn’t pass without new tires upon calling them back they told us it’s not there responsibility to sell us a car that can pass inspection just inspection ready. Now the best part after purchasing the vehicle about 4 months which was barely driven due to not having plates it’s broke down and can’t even be driven terrible dealership. For the record after the fact they said it was listed on the website which I did not see and in the contract which I did not see also I was looking for another vehicle after purchasing one from them and as soon as I spoke with any sales rep they would tell me immediately that the vehicle is a R title happened a few times this place is just shady and definitely don’t recommend. More

I would not recommend, this place lacks customer service and integrity. When my husband and I arrived to the dealer ship we were so excited because we though that we were going to be getting a great SUV for and integrity. When we got there we were told we had to pay more for the car then what we were initially told due to our trade in being worth less than expected (which was ok) , we decided to just go ahead and pay out of pocket for the car , the whole time the sales associate working was completely disengaged with us and almost made us feel as if we were irritating him. Before signing for the car we asked to test drive the car and he told us absolutely not!! Can you believe that!!! He expected us to buy a car that we couldn’t test drive !!!? Save yourself the gas and time and don’t even come here!!! More
