I recently had an issue with the fob for my Mini (serviced by BMW). After a discussion with Jeff, the new manager, I left feeling as though I had received excellent customer service. Also, I would like to mention both Kendrick (BMW side) and Heather (Mini side) fo their assistance as well. Kendrick went above and beyond helping with my windshield wipers (they were "special" and not your typical easy wiper to swap out). Heather was also kind enough to take a look at an issue I was having- which of course is one of those oddball "we've never seen this before" type of issues that only I seem to ever get. In closing, I'm quite pleased with the experience I have had at BMW with their parts/service department. It's refreshing to walk in and just receive excellent customer service. It was so refreshing, that I was reminded what a rarity it is these days. Thanks for all of your help! More
My car was misdiagnosed for the problem and I paid double! I feel I paid for work not needed (hose), multiple billing mistakes (be VERY careful), had my car for 6 days!!!! What a nightmare! I had a terrible experience. I was treated unfairly. I feel ripped off. I was sold a vehicle I could not use and a warranty that was worthless to me. I recommend you shop elsewhere. feel ripped off. Such a disappointment for a bimmer fan :( BMW mak sales man on the planet!! A old guy called John, old xxxxxx!! He has some real frustration in life! Such a disappointment for a bimmer fan :( BMW makes such amazing cars and at the front end there are rude sales people like this who spoil the buying experience for passionate car fans. Worst car buying experience ever. That guy can single handedly destroy MAG's reputation. More

Beware people!!! Don’t buy a car or use their service center if you don’t want to be in trouble. My car has now a bent, broken piece and a missing piece after a maintenance check with them on May 26, 202 center if you don’t want to be in trouble. My car has now a bent, broken piece and a missing piece after a maintenance check with them on May 26, 2020. The service advisor said that it is an easy job to fix the broken piece in 2 mins, so told me not to worry about it. When I mentioned the missing piece, he said that his manager would contact me about this issue asking me just to wait a couple of days. However, his manager didn’t contact me for ten days. After my attempts to contact the manager several times, finally she called me saying she will repair the broken piece but won’t do anything about another missing piece. It sounds like she suspects me about the problem. She was supposed to contact me on the following Monday for the repairing time of the broken piece, but she didn’t again. After several calls to the office again, she told me it was repaired. It’s been over two weeks for the 2 mins job. When I got there, it was not repaired; the piece is not flattened as it was before they broke it. It was crooked and bumps with lots of scratches. She said the damage was from me. Everyone can obviously see the crooked damage is from the bent piece they tried to unfold it. After she compared it with the same piece of the other side in my car, she took a picture of the damaged piece and told me she would ask about it to her business owner. I asked her contact number. She told me to give her email address as soon as she went to her office. Of course, she didn’t give me her email address. This is how they do business. If I don’t hear anything from them by tomorrow she promised, I will take legal action. More

We have purchased BMW through Nicholas in the past and as in prior experience, he was extraordinary. We do not live in OH so the purchase could not be done in person. Nicholas found the perfect new BMW for my partner, completed all of the paperwork on line and even drove the new BMW to us -- an eight hour drive out of state-- to deliver the new vehicle and drove our previous BMW back to the dealer. His service is way beyond what anyone would ordinarily expect or anticipate from any other individual involved in the sales process. Five stars and hats off to Nicholas for being an exemplary representative for the MAG agency -- and for why you choose to purchase a BMW. Superior auto and beyond superior service. Kudos to Nicholas Conatty. Mark B. More
THIS RATING SHOULD BE LESS THAN 1 - I had my vehicle towed to the MAG BMW for service on a recall and for diagnostic. I was told that my vehicle needed a HPFP, LPFS and a new battery for a tune of $2500 towed to the MAG BMW for service on a recall and for diagnostic. I was told that my vehicle needed a HPFP, LPFS and a new battery for a tune of $2500. Before deciding to not have the repairs done at MAG BMW, I purchased both HPFP and LPFS from the their parts department and towed my vehicle to another certified mechanic shop. I explained the BMW findings to the shop mechanic and he proceeded with replacing both HPFP and LPFS and he couldn't understand why BWM wanted to charge me $500 to replace a working battery. Seriously?! Not sure where to begin... brought my BMW X3 2005 in for a non-start issue. Thought it may be bad gasoline. Had it towed to MAG. John C was my rep. Not sure where to begin... brought my BMW X3 2005 in for a non-start issue. Thought it may be bad gasoline. Had it towed to MAG. John C was my rep. The next day he felt it was the plugs and changed them as no codes were given - no check engine light. I said ok, but I do not want to chase the problem. 3 days later I called to see the progress, he said they changed them but it still didn't start. Wanted me to buy a sensor to alleviate the problem because apparently the tech drove it and it stalled out. Said the sensor would be in the next day... well, 5 days later, he said the sensor wasn't in yet and they would install once it arrived. 3 days later, he called and said the sensor didn't do it and to come and get it as they tried everything. I came in and returned my loaner car. I went over a number of things all of which he said they tried. Then he asked for $700 to cover labor. I politely said we need to talk to a manager. Raquel was nice and we settled on $385 + tax to cover parts. I was going to pay for my parts but after over 2 weeks in shop and still to get a car returned that does not work and a bill for $700 was unacceptable. They had trouble finding my key but once it was found, I was told it can be towed and it is out back. I called AAA and once the driver was there, I told him to tow it to Best Motor Werx. He said what is wrong with it? I told him no start, will crank but no turn over. About then the techs and others were out back for a smoke break and he said we tried everything and the tow truck driver said give me the keys and got in and continually cranked it and after two minutes, it started. He said it was severely flooded and that is all the problem was more than likely due to cold conditions we experienced recently and the fuel injectors were a bit clogged not giving it enough gas to start. We looked down at the engine and my cam cover was missing, and the air hose was disconnected and several bolts were laying off under the hood on the rail. The tow truck driver said you have to be kidding me. All of those things would have fallen out on tow. Plus I would have had to pay for new parts at Motor Werx, plus a diagnosis, and whatever else. The tech said your covers should be in the back, they were not. They were somewhere else and another tech came out with them and said someone may have had "sticky fingers"... Bizarre to say the least! I felt like I was in a bad movie. The tow driver lit into the manager as if he were my Christmas angel! Man did I need that. Bolts and pieces of my car falling all over the cold pavement. John and Raquel were nice enough to stick around and help order a part that was broken with clips that the tech pried open and broke. We also tried to find one bolt we had extra and another tech came out and said it didn't even belong to my car. The tow driver assembled everything back to the way it was the best he could. Total bizarro... expected more for a customer that bought the car at MAG and only had it serviced there. So I am out $400 and a nice tip for the angel AAA tow guy. More
