Two days after moving to Myrtle Beach from Connecticut, we made the drive down to Mini of Charleston to replace the Mini Cooper I left behind. Upon walking into the dealership, we were met by a smiling, energetic, professional, and knowledgeable saleswoman, Mary Skinner. Not knowing exactly what we wanted, Mary was very patient and worked with us to show us all of our options. From the get-go, we felt like she had our best interests in mind and was never aggressive or put pressure on us to make a purchase. We test-drove a few cars and returned home with our newly leased, adorable red convertible. A few years later, when our lease was almost up, again Mary worked with us to provide us with options. We took advantage of one of Mini’s great lease deals and settled on another new, beautiful convertible that we purchased years later. Being a family of Mini lovers, we are always keeping up with the new and great Mini trends, most notably those of the 2024 Countryman. Again, we contacted Mary, and she quickly provided us with the requested information regarding prices, trade-ins, and most excitingly, the new Mini features on the Countryman, making our decision to purchase easy. Three days ago, we drove back down to Charleston to purchase our beautiful new Countryman, easily the sharpest and most comfortable car I’ve ever driven! Upon arrival, our stunning new ride was waiting for us out front. Mary took the time to set us up and walk us through all the new features, making sure we were ready to drive home safely. The entire process was quick, easy, and extremely satisfying. Everyone we worked with at Mini, including the finance department, was friendly and knowledgeable, making sure our family had all of the pertinent information before making our decision. Transparency and integrity are important when making such a large purchase. That's why my family and I always work with Mary Skinner; she makes the entire car buying experience enjoyable! We can confidently say we will be returning to Mary for future Mini purchases and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the market for a new Mini! More
