While there I encountered Jerry Parnell, one of your sales rep, who without any pressure or the usual stress associated with buying a car, showed me the advantages of purchasing the Mini convertible I’d told him I’d always wanted but always procrastinated in buying. I’d done lots of research concerning the current art of purchasing a car and learned how to ask the important questions and how to challenge the sales rep., manager, finance department, etc. in negotiations. Jerry was very knowledgeable about my concerns and met my challenges with ease. So thanks to a great sales rep, Jerry and a finance manager Seth, I am the proud owner of a beautiful Mini convertible purchased a year before I’d intended.
