Bought my Mini 13 years ago at Hendrick’s and still love it. It needed a couple of repairs, so we went back to Hendrick and couldn’t have asked for better service. We had a loaner requested since we lived it. It needed a couple of repairs, so we went back to Hendrick and couldn’t have asked for better service. We had a loaner requested since we lived a couple of hours away and thought it would take some time for the repairs. Kelly was so helpful and knowledgeable. Got us checked in and set up with a loaner, and kept in contact with us throughout the process. Even had a video with narration by the mechanic...that was a first! The repairs were completed and my Mini feels brand new. More
