Worst experience! my mother in law bought a car with the intent of them fixing the scratches that were to the metal. it looked horrible when we went to pick it up didn my mother in law bought a car with the intent of them fixing the scratches that were to the metal. it looked horrible when we went to pick it up didn't even use the same color paint and they stuck different pieces to try to cover it up. didn't clean the car like they said and expected us to take it anyways. said they would try to send it to someone else and would be longer without a car. told them we werent taking the car and they said they were keeping the 4000 deposit! 4000!!!! when they didn't hold up there end of the deal!!!! do not waste your time and money. they are crooks!!! More

I’ve bought five Minis over the years but after this last episode where they lied to my face I was done - vehicle was traded in - no more Mini for me. I would not recommend this dealership and am talking legal action to recoup money lost. More

He had his salesman that sold me my car John Thomas reach out and say that Mark had asked him to reach out to me "as a courtesy" but he doesn't have time to deal with my issues. I was told that it was wear and tear on the vehicle since I am a "rough driver'" and it is all my fault that i had to replace a battery, Rotters and breaks and oil since having a car less than 3 months. More

Just pulled into the lot and was greeted by Lexy Stewart, who took us straight to a GMC Yukon that had just been traded in. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I recently purchased a BMW M3 from Gary the sales associate. He was quick to answer my calls and be responsive until DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I recently purchased a BMW M3 from Gary the sales associate. He was quick to answer my calls and be responsive until I paid for the car, then getting ahold of anyone at this dealership is IMPOSSIBLE! They dodge calls, don't call back, and BLOCK numbers. I bought this car sight unseen because I was told by GARY the car was in immaculate condition and had the paper work to prove it. When the car arrived it had noticeable body damage to the back bumper, that had been repainted and repair previously. I have since called this dealership many times, trying to reach Gary, the Sales manager and the owner of the dealership to no avail. No one calls back. I have also sent certified mail to all 3 to no avail either. This dealership refuses to stand behind their product and their sale. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL! The car also arrived to me with 35 miles more than the purchase documents state. This is illegal considering I owned the vehicle and someone was using the vehicle to joy ride. Transport doesn't need 35 miles to get the vehicle on and off the truck. This dealership is deceptive and unfair in their business practices and has since been reported to the Attorney General of Tennessee & Better Business Bureau. Gary also told me the tires where good and didn't need to be replaced, however upon taking it to my dealership I was advised to replace the tires immediately for safety concerns. This cost me an additional $2,000, on top of the already $1,600 for the body damage to the back bumper. This dealership thinks that by ignoring this problem that it will go away and I ensure you it will NOT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS ALL YOU WANT IS HEADACHES AND AGGREVATION! More

I didn't do my due diligence and now have a truck I've owned for 4 days that I cant drive sitting at Ford waiting on $2400 repair. Sales person didnt even know what a turbo was when I was asking about the truck. At the end of the day I bought it as-is and thats on me. But I wish I would have had someone look at it. More
