The salesman was somewhat willing to work with me, but they would not allow me to take the car to my mechanic, I wanted it inspected before buying. They said it could not be off the lot that long. Okay fine. They came down to my price. I was in a bind after an accident and needed a car. I thought I was getting a good deal. There were no warning lights on or anything, until the next day. The check engine light miraculously came on the next time I drove the van. I stopped by the garage to have them check it and they did a full inspection as well. It needs at least $3k dollars in engine repairs. Some of the issues would have been obvious if the so called trained mechanics at Mini actually checked the van. Salesman claimed that they don't reset any instrument panel lights, but I feel that was a lie since the check engine light came on when it did. Mini is part of Grayson Auto so be warned if you go to any of them for a used car. I received a text from the salesman at Mini soon after my purchase asking for my email. I responded with my email and told him about the issues and he stopped responding to me. They simply don't care. Now I am stuck with a car I can't drive until I come up with money to fix it. Now I know why they worked with me on the price. More
