My service representative is always ready when I arrive. He is familiar with my Mini and knows what I need. The detail crew has done a beautiful job washing and cleaning my Mini when I pick it up! This last time wasn't bad, only about a 2 hr. wait. Have been there 3 times in the last few months and at least one of those times we were there about 8-9 hours. Now, having said that, I know that it's not been there 3 times in the last few months and at least one of those times we were there about 8-9 hours. Now, having said that, I know that it's not the fault of the service advisors, so I have to say Dawn and Eric have done a terrific job whenever we go in. They always do what they can to take good care of us. Also, if we were that disappointed with the dealership, we wouldn't have purchased our second Mini. Although I have to add, the dealership in Portland, OR had courtesy cars, maybe this dealership should think about that. More

It is a 2 1/2 hour drive from where I live to Mini of Las Vegas, but they take good care of us. Dawn checked us in, got us a shuttle to take us to where we wanted to wait, and arranged for us to be picked u Vegas, but they take good care of us.
