Dawn is the best Service Advisor. Dawn is the reason I keep going back to the Mini dealer in Las Vegas. Yes it's expensive, but unless you find a reliable mechanic truly knowledgeable Dawn is the reason I keep going back to the Mini dealer in Las Vegas. Mini goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. They worked with my warranty company and got everything taken care of with a breeze.
