I had returned from a recent externship across the country(Utah) and my MINI was in pretty bad shape due to neglect from a shop who had replaced its clutch. MINI of Ramsey didn't have to, but they serviced my car, took care of the issues, which were major and stood behind this long time MINI customer. I would highly recommend anyone with service issues trust MINI of Ramsey to take excellent care of their car or cars! Thank you Mark and Max soooooo much! You guys rock! More

Fine service experience Brought my 2019 Mini S convertible in for its first scheduled service. Ryan was as always helpful, pleasant and kept me informed of the status.
