Similarly, Ivo made the business end of the transaction easy . He was very clear in explaining all the documentation and answered all my questions. Yannis was awesome during vehicle setup and delivery; he was very patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I understood all the features and functions of my new Mini. WOW – Excellent experience at every level! I brought my 2.5-year old leased MINI in for scheduled service, thinking all I needed was an oil change. Turns out it needed some more work (covered u I brought my 2.5-year old leased MINI in for scheduled service, thinking all I needed was an oil change. Turns out it needed some more work (covered under warranty) so I was there for about 2+ hours. By the time I left I had signed for a new lease on a brand new 2019 MINI. Luigi Lembo, the salesperson, was amazing. I had zero intention of getting a new MINI, thinking I would just wait 6 months until my lease ran out before deciding. He didn't pressure me, just gave me a lot of facts and worked to understand what my needs were. Every single person there (and the dog - they have a dog, in the showroom!) was awesome. Sales people, service people, managers, everyone. Nice, friendly, no hard sale, just fabulous people. I love my new MINI, even more than my previous one. And great follow up and service after I got the new car home. Quick to answer questions, just truly fantastic. Totally recommend them! More

Talked to Tawana on the phone, and I had pretty specific criteria I wanted for my car, and they didnt have one there, but she looked all over the coun Talked to Tawana on the phone, and I had pretty specific criteria I wanted for my car, and they didnt have one there, but she looked all over the country and tried several dealers who wouldnt send theirs, until she finally found one for me, and had it shipped from Washington! The only thing I had to do was show up to sign, and drive away in my lovely new car. Also, they love dogs! I brought my puppy there and she had a blast playing with everyone, and soaking up all the love. More
