bad and dishonest service Their parts department sold me the wrong part, then service department installed the wrong part. They refused to correct the problem. I called them ti Their parts department sold me the wrong part, then service department installed the wrong part. They refused to correct the problem. I called them time and time again and they never returned my calls. Their answer is I have to buy the right part and have them install again. I had the BCM hanging down inside the car that had to be replaced and then programed. Their tech reinstalled the BCM inside the car and then removed the ECM under the hood, and programed it. On top of doing the wrong part it took them 3 days to do it. (they said it would take 20 min) More

Service! I had a small accident with my Minicooper and needed repairs so I could make it to work. I dropped off my car and within fifteen minutes, they got me I had a small accident with my Minicooper and needed repairs so I could make it to work.
