Kate was friendly, informative, created excitement but never pushed the sale and let us make the right decision on buying the new 2017 Countryman for our daughter. Now mind you, the new Countrymans weren't even in the showroom yet, however Kate easily described the changes and modifications and made us so comfortable, that we bought a new car without seeing or driving it! This was a first for us, but the car arrived exactly as described and our daughter is elated! We would definetly recommend Kate and the staff at Mini of St Louis! More
