He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and lays out all the options so that you can make the right decision in your car purchase. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Neil Westfall, the dealership Manager, was extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I was their top priority. There were no pressure tactics in the sale whatsoever. Went in for a test drive, didn't think I'd buy I was looking at several new cars and a friend encouraged me to just test drive a MINI. Sam Hall greeted me and proceeded to teach me about MINIs. I test drove the Countryman and the Clubman and came back two days later to buy the Countryman. I never would have thought that as I drove up on the first day! Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. I was a little confused and didn't quite understand how the license plate transaction was set up (the dealership gets the plates instead of the individual going to the DMV). I should have asked better questions but I was excited about my new car! Overall, it was a great experience with Sam and Neil. More
