Over the years we would occasionally visit the dealership to attend event's and view new models. When the 2015's came out we had been bit by the bug again and decided to go see a couple MINI Cooper S models we viewed online. Steve Emerson greeted us on the parking lot and arranged a couple test drive's. Steve answered all our questions plus showing us all the new changes/upgrades to the new Mini. Steve was great to work with and put together a deal we couldn't refuse and we are now proud owners of a new Mini Cooper S with JCW upgrades, WOW. Thank you Steve..... We were very sad to loose our 2004 Mini in the trade but Steve found it a good home. The new dealership is awesome also. More
Incredible Understanding Service Friday July 4th. Put the top down on my '07 Mini Cooper S and headed out. Got to first hill in subdivision and car started slowing down. Pushed acc Friday July 4th. Put the top down on my '07 Mini Cooper S and headed out. Got to first hill in subdivision and car started slowing down. Pushed accelerator half way and car continued to slow. Floored it and rpm's went up to 3,600 but car continued slowing. Got back home. Monday at 7am I called Mini and spoke with Todd. Explained what was going on with car and also advised that I was stranded since my wife had gone out of town in her car. Todd said bring it in. My normal 20 minute drive took an hour and a half. Scariest drive ever since I couldn't get my Mini going more than 10mph. Every hill I went down I knew someone would come sailing up and rear end me. Got to Mini Service with no accidents. Todd had a loaner waiting for me. Called me to advise they hadn't had a chance to lookk at my car yet. Called again Tuesday to advise I needed throttle box. I okayed and received a call Wed. afternoon advising me car was ready. It now drives like a completely different car. But this is about the service department. And it is the single best service dept. I have ever dealt with (and this includes some 35 service departments thru the years). Todd was understanding, went over and above in getting me in with zero notice, provided loaner, kept me apprised of everything going on and is a standout guy. Great service. Great car. Couldn't be happier ( even after spending $650 for repairs) which says all that's needed about this service dept. More

For us, car buying always seems to take 6 hours and involves a lot of sitting around. Thus, my husband and I always dread the experience. This was very streamlined and almost actually enjoyable. The dealership is in a new buildinh and they have a wonderful serve yourself coffee machine. More

We've always owned American Brands and were doubtful with purchasing a European car. With not knowing very much about the brand, we found that our salesman, Joe Elder, was very knowledgeable with all questions that we had. If it weren't for his genuine personality it could have changed everything. We had stopped at another dealership to test drive a Mini Cooper and the salesman there was not very knowledgeable with the brand and made it seem like we were bothering him. Joe made the experience very pleasurable and we never felt pressured about anything. We would like to thank everyone involved with the purchase of our new car especially Joe for dealing with all of our questions. The best service I have experienced I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part, which arrived the next day, Todd Feuerhaken the service manager was able to get me in the next day to have the unit installed on my car. I can't say enough about the service department at the Mini store. Thanks to, Todd Feuerhaken, Dave Joseph, Rick Drezek and Carrie Brown. And thanks to Derek who does a great job of washing my car when I have it in fir service. More

I never felt pressured into buying a car like most car dealers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I traded in a used mini that I had brought in for service and the service department was excellent too. More

FUN CITY Just had my car serviced for the first time sense buying the car a year ago. These guys love there job. It was so much fun.
