She hit a really good balance of being informative and keeping in touch without making me feel pressured. When I finally decided to purchase a car, she was really easy to work with and she went through all the features of the car with me before I left. I also worked with Tina to work out the financing of my car and she was so nice and made sure that I understood everything that was put in front of me. Everyone was so friendly and relaxed throughout the whole process and it made the entire experience so much better! More

Best car buying experience ever! Bought a new MINI one week ago today. My husband and I had planned on shopping for cars the entire day because I was unsure of what I wanted. We dec Bought a new MINI one week ago today. My husband and I had planned on shopping for cars the entire day because I was unsure of what I wanted. We decided to start with MINI of St Louis and work our way thru various dealerships in our area. We were greeted by Phil Tripoli upon entering the showroom. After a brief conversation with Phil, he suggested we drive a MINI. Phil disappeared for a few minutes and next thing I knew we were on our way for a test drive. My husband drove the MINI first and I took the wheel on the return ride back to dealership. I had told my husband that I wanted something fun to drive and this car ticked that box. I don't know how Phil did it, but he picked the perfect car for me to test drive, because it was love at first sight. With the car of course. I had actually put off trading cars for the last 3 months because I dreaded the usual "ordeal". Phil was knowledgable and a pleasure to work with on the purchase of my new MINI. Excellent! More than I expected. I had a repair issue on my Mini which had come up about a year ago as well. The service manager, Todd, took a personal interest in seeing to it that I had a repair issue on my Mini which had come up about a year ago as well. The service manager, Todd, took a personal interest in seeing to it that the problem was remedied properly, and made sure it was fixed right. Even though my warranty had expired, they charged me nothing for the work they did on my car. I think they really have integrity, and they make you feel like you and your car are very important to them. I highly recommend Mini of St. Louis and all of the great people that work there. More
