I ordered my MINI during my 1st visit there and how exciting it was to pick out all the details for my car and know that it was being built just for me. They kept me updated on the process and I knew when it was shipped from Europe and when it arrived here in the USA and then arrived in STL. Bill spent 1 1/2 hours with me going over all the features and helping me program things like preferred radio stations and color choices for my screens. Bill called & checked in with me just 5 days after I received the car. As soon as my plates come in, I will have a follow-up appointment with Bill to go over anything else I might have questions on. It's been a great experience thus far with working with STL Mini. Mary is Finance was a breeze to work with as well. More
