Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, I met Arman! Right from the start I felt like part of the Mini family. Arman was extremely courteous and professional. We spoke to him before we arrived and he was there to warmly greet us when we arrived for service. He gave us a timeframe and accommodated us with a loaner ca to him before we arrived and he was there to warmly greet us when we arrived for service. He gave us a timeframe and accommodated us with a loaner car while our car was being serviced. He even accommodated us despite the fact we were flying out of state immediately after dropping off our vehicle. He text us the estimate and set up for our return to pick up the vehicle. When we got in, he again warmly greeted us and even helped us with our luggage. He informed us that he had taken the liberty of washing our car and topped off the fluids and tire pressure. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service Arman provided. I will definitely ask for him the next time I need service. More
