Already had an appointment at 10:15 but still had to wait one hour without anyone assisting me, until I stood in front of their desk and stared at them. They also tried to push many unnecessary items at insa one hour without anyone assisting me, until I stood in front of their desk and stared at them. Came here because I have autonation oil changes from a recent car purchase. The people who helped me schedule and answered my questions were amazing. Once I was noticed the service employee was very quick and helpful. Loved that I got some video of my car showing me all the inspection points. When I got the text saying my car was ready for pick up I was a little confused on where to go and when I got there no one was in the office. Had to ask for help finding someone. Once that was sorted, I got my car quick and a receipt of the service rendered. Over all it was a positive experience and even with the wait, it was faster than the Toyota dealership. More
