Came here because I have autonation oil changes from a recent car purchase. The people who helped me schedule and answered my questions were amazing. Coming to the facility was a bit confusing because there was no designated check in location like they have at the Toyota dealership. Once I was noticed the service employee was very quick and helpful. Loved that I got some video of my car showing me all the inspection points. When I got the text saying my car was ready for pick up I was a little confused on where to go and when I got there no one was in the office. Had to ask for help finding someone. Once that was sorted, I got my car quick and a receipt of the service rendered. Over all it was a positive experience and even with the wait, it was faster than the Toyota dealership. More
Have owned a Mini since 2005 and have had all 3 Minis serviced at STEVENS Creek for 20 years.. Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable being a former technician so with my current Mini, Patrice, who I’ve o serviced at STEVENS Creek for 20 years.. Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable being a former technician so with my current Mini, Patrice, who I’ve owned since 2017, it’s always a great experience to have it serviced and maintained. Patrice has a blue body, white roof, red mirror caps and is very beautiful and a dependable easy to park and fabulous to drive. I intend to keep Patrice well serviced for as long as possible. More

TERRIBLE, DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP - BUYER BEWARE - Signed agreement to purchase on Friday afternoon and filled out financing. Told that I had to go to local AutoNation following day to sign documents (3 hour agreement to purchase on Friday afternoon and filled out financing. Told that I had to go to local AutoNation following day to sign documents (3 hour round trip from my house). After arriving, they told me an hour later the document would not be ready until following week and I would have to drive back to the dealership again. The manager would not credit or compensate me for their mess-up. The manager told me they are losing money on the deal and that I should be thankful. I told them that it is unlikely they are losing money on the sale. He asked if I was calling him a liar and that it was offensive to say so. I told him strong men don't get insulted by what others say. He said was I am implying, that he is a weak man. I said you said that, not me. At that point he started threatening me saying that I am not strong, mumbling stuff and said we reserve the right to refuse service and we will not be selling you this car, good bye. Please take my experience and do not do business with these unethical people, most of which were foreign and without any sense of morality or doing the right thing. More
