When I realized that the object in the road completely flattened my tire late on a Friday afternoon, I thought my weekend would be ruined. Though I arrived after the Service Department had closed, the Sales Department helped me to process my drop-off. Great team work! Communicating by text message with Service staff Hector and Mike was a non-invasive--even friendly!--means of keeping me informed throughout the process. Following an enjoyable weekend with another set of wheels, my car was fully reset with a new tire, fresh fluids, and a deep cleaning. I noted that my spare tire and tool set were completely refurbished and reinstalled by service staff. Most amazing of all: because I have the tire and rim plan warranty, all this fine service cost me just $50! Thank you, Mini of Stevens Creek, for being there and taking such good care! More

Got to dealership at 10:00 for a 10:15 appointment. I live 70 miles from dealer. The car sat on the service drive till 12:30 PM when I told the service advisor I could not wait any longer and had to driv live 70 miles from dealer.
