Excellent customer service from Anthony. Had been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a service representative and when he was made aware of this he took care of me immediately. I commend both him and the Service Team's manager for their knowledge, professionalism, understanding, and willingness to work things out. I am, however, very disappointed that MSC no longer provides either a loaner/rental car or shuttle service. That essentially means having to sit for hours and hours while your car is being serviced. As pleasant as they try to make the waiting area where they do provide television, water, coffee, it's not a great situation. It's also made worse when surrounded by rude people who loudly chat on their phones for hours! At the least, perhaps post signs that it's a quiet area and people who wish to bark on their phones ought to sit elsewhere. More
I had my racing strips start to deteriorate after about 3 years, took it to the dealership and they were able to get this fix under factory warranty.
