As a new to the area and new to Mini Cooper of The Woodlands I could not be happier with my experience. My service writer, Selene Caballero was nothing short of professional, responsive, knowledgeable Woodlands I could not be happier with my experience. My service writer, Selene Caballero was nothing short of professional, responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. I am unaware of the Technician that performed the work, but I do know that I received my car back running like it did when it was new in 2012 and I drove it off the showroom floor. I was prepared to have the car at this dealership for at least a week. I was amazed when it was done and ready to go within 1-1/2 to 2 days. Considering the amount of work that was needed, this was exceptionally fast and very appreciated. I will inquire as to the possibility of dealing with both professionals when I need oil changes, service etc. More
