Great service and great sales team. Very accommodating and easy transaction. Brought in a car to trade, found a new Mini on the floor and was done in 24 hours. and easy transaction. Brought in a car to trade, found a new Mini on the floor and was done in 24 hours. More
As always, I received wonderful service at MINI of the Woodlands. The staff are friendly, competent, and honest, and they always take care of me and my Roadster! Woodlands. The staff are friendly, competent, and honest, and they always take care of me and my Roadster! More
Great dealership and staff. The service advisors are the BEST. Ms. Francis Lancaster did an AMAZING job coordinating and communicating with regards to a major repair that was required on my car. I hate this place. I bought my new Mini on 5/3/21 and have regretted buying it from them since then. It took them 30 days to pay off my trade-in, which intern resulted in me having to make a payment on t have regretted buying it from them since then. It took them 30 days to pay off my trade-in, which intern resulted in me having to make a payment on that car or have a go against my credit. At the time of purchase, we requested the extended warranties to be taken off the paperwork and we were told by the finance manager that BMW would not allow him to take it off but not to worry that we could cancel it later and be reimbursed. And since that day I have been calling Mini of the Woodlands, AutoNation, Safeguard, and Mini finance to remove these warranties and have my account credited back almost $7000. I cannot get any help from anyone. Mini finance has stated they need to receive payment from the dealership. My car buying experience here sucks. The only good thing about this dealership is my salesperson Aaron. It’s a shame I hate my brand new 2022 Mini because of this headache/experience. Two other dealerships in Houston sell minis, I recommend you try those two first. Buyers beware! More
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. They knew I had a scheduled appointment to purchase a car coming from out of state and they sold it when I was about 3 miles from the dealership. No foll knew I had a scheduled appointment to purchase a car coming from out of state and they sold it when I was about 3 miles from the dealership. No follow up whatsoever, even after I called to speak with the GM. All I got was a text saying sorry... More

Deceitful and dishonest Purchased 2016 hardtop on September 2, 2017. Questioned if full 36,000 mile and 3 year service agreement would be honored. Was told that it would be. Purchased 2016 hardtop on September 2, 2017. Questioned if full 36,000 mile and 3 year service agreement would be honored. Was told that it would be. Took vehicle in for service on August 11, 2020 and was denied requested service. Service writer said vehicle had been placed in service in June of 2017 three months before it was sold to me as a new vehicle. Seems as though I bought a used "new" car. Avoid this dealership at all cost. This is my last of 3 Minis. Same old BS from a pig with lipstick. More
Purchase was Great; After Care NSM In 2013, Brian Lowden met my husband and me in the parking lot before we even got to the door. Brian was incredibly helpful, patient and informative In 2013, Brian Lowden met my husband and me in the parking lot before we even got to the door. Brian was incredibly helpful, patient and informative about the brand and specific models. He made our purchase process incredibly smooth. He SOLD the car to us. However, I took my Mini to MOTW several times through the years for routine checkups and oil changes. Why does a customer have to wait up to 4 hours for a simple oil change when I had an appointment time of which I was never late??? Refreshments nor snacks, not even updates were offered. I would have to go to them for updates. After the techs were finished, it was as if they were pushing me out the door!" I love my MINI, but unless you are a pet of the dealership, forget feeling anything other than a nuisance! More
2013 Paceman requires $5k in repairs weeks after purchase Initially I was grateful to have found a fair deal on my son's first car, a used 2013 Mini Paceman. The car was clean and the dealership made sure tha Initially I was grateful to have found a fair deal on my son's first car, a used 2013 Mini Paceman. The car was clean and the dealership made sure that it delivered well. They took care of a few minor blemishes and a cracked windshield etc. We drove the car for about a week and then went on a two week vacation (so the car wasn't being driven). I decided to drive the car to work since it hadn't been driven in a couple of weeks. While out to lunch the service engine light came on. Mini of The Woodlands is around the corner from my job so I thought I'd get them to check it out, hoping it was something superficial like a bad gas cap seal. After nearly 2 hours the service tech told me that he was sorry to have to deliver the bad news but the turbo needed to be replaced, which cost over $5,000!!! The car has been in my possession for a few weeks and less than a thousand (about 400, I believe) Mini of The Woodlands was absolutely no help and was completely unwilling to take any ownership in selling a car that clearly needed repair. I mean seriously! Not so much as a "We're sorry, this sometimes happens" or anything. In my opinion, they could have been a little more stand up in their approach. Perhaps something like "Sir this is not a great deal for either of us. We would be willing to provide the labor if you will buy the part at cost"....No way was that happening. I simply got "Sir, you bought the car as is. If it needs repair, it's on you" It's incredible. This is a AutoNation company, I think and I am certain they are affiliated with BMW of The Woodlands as well as other local dealerships. Buyer Beware. These folks are in the car selling business and they don't care if the screw you over while doing it. More
