I am still awaiting a call from the GM. I have absolutely no faith in this dealership to complete a tire rotation accurately. No problems with the coolant system until the service team got their hands on the car for the 50k mile maintenance and then all of a sudden we need a whole new engine less than a month later. I’ve repeatedly called asked to have Kevin to call me and I am STILL waiting. If this was regarding payment, or purchasing a new car, I am certain he would have been Johnny on the Spot. The dealership was good about keeping us informed on the car. My only complaint is that they never informed us when the car was ready for pick up. I was pretty confident my car was left in good hands by the time I left, and when I got it back I was pleasantly surprised having done on my vehicle.
