I drove 3. 5 hours for the last service opportunity. I needed my new battery registered to the car. I requested my oil changed and brakes worked on while I was 5 hours for the last service opportunity. I needed my new battery registered to the car. I requested my oil changed and brakes worked on while I was there (the brakes were squealing and not stopping as well as they used to). When the car was finished I learned they did not replace the pads or the oil…said it was unnecessary. I later found out they did not bother to fill up the wiper fluid either. So all that was accomplished for 6 hours of my Saturday was getting the battery registered and they did replace the battery in my key fob. I was billed $190 for labor. I guess my oil will be due in a couple of months…I’m thinking I’ll be finding out of the local BMW place where I live will service the car. I guess their service department is probably adequate for locals who ask a lot of questions. I thought we had an agreement…and my brakes still squeal. Joy. More
I’ve been very pleased with all my interactions at this dealership. Recent service call was excellent. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Awesome dealership to work with. Frontline sales to service folks are very customer service oriented and transparent. I just had my ‘21 Cooper S in for annual service. Just a couple minor details…I asked for the tire pressures to be checked (and corrected since the onboard computer showed them being off from factory recommendations) and it was not accomplished. Also, they do a complimentary wash on the car…well it left something to be desired. The cloth they used for drying the car must have been dirty because it left water marks on the piano black surfaces and windows and mirrors that I had to clean once I got home. These things are minor and the dealership still is worthy of 5 Stars. I hope this is just considered constructive feedback that’s used to better train the staff on attention to details. More

I recently took in my car for service work and warranty work. I was not able to receive a loaner for the warranty work and they never did the actual service that was needed to be completed at the; all thou work. I was not able to receive a loaner for the warranty work and they never did the actual service that was needed to be completed at the; all though they did complete the warranty work and did a great job it left me without a car for a week and I will have to take the car back in very soon for the service work it needs that is required by mini. This is very frustrating. More
