If you value the safety of yourself and your family, or expect a dealership to stand behind the vehicles they sell, I would very much recommend shopping somewhere else. Having dealt with this dealership b expect a dealership to stand behind the vehicles they sell, I would very much recommend shopping somewhere else. Having dealt with this dealership before it changed ownership, I can confidently say the experience today is nothing like it was under Priority One Automotive. We purchased a 2024 MINI Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with 11,000 miles, believing the certification meant the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and was backed by a dealership that would stand behind its product. We couldn't have been more disappointed. After driving approximately 1,400 miles, the vehicle began stalling while in motion. It stalled twice while I was in an intersection, leaving both my child and me in an extremely dangerous situation. A vehicle that unexpectedly loses power in traffic is not just inconvenient. It is a serious safety hazard. The dealership has had the vehicle twice. The first repair attempt took a week. The second lasted nearly a month. Each time, we were told they couldn't identify the problem because the computer wasn't storing any fault codes. Rather than providing a solution, we were told to use only Shell V-Power gasoline. We followed that recommendation exactly, and the vehicle continued to stall while driving. Despite the problem remaining unresolved, the dealership returned the vehicle to us knowing it continued to stall in traffic. Predictably, the vehicle stalled again. Even after multiple repair attempts and a recurring safety issue, the dealership has refused to buy the vehicle back or offer a meaningful resolution. Apparently, "Certified Pre-Owned" means very little when a customer is left driving a vehicle that the dealership knows is unsafe but claims it cannot repair. The most frustrating part isn't that a mechanical problem occurred. Any vehicle can develop an issue. It's how the dealership handled it. Instead of taking ownership of a dangerous situation, they repeatedly sent us home in a vehicle they knew could stall in traffic, suggested changing gas stations as the solution, and then refused to make it right when that didn't work. We are now left making payments on a vehicle that we no longer trust to transport our family safely. That is not the level of service or accountability anyone should expect when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope other buyers carefully consider whether this is the type of business they want to trust with their family's safety. More
I’m guessing we all have feelings about car dealerships, and MINI of Towson has assuaged my lifetime of that angst. From our salesman Stanley Evans and Sales manager Carter Wohlschledgel and financial sales man Cody Miles Sr they made this experience pressure free. Very friendly staff. I went online to find a Mini Cooper which lead me to Mini of Towson. I went to the website and picked 2 mini coopers I was interested in on a Saturday and on Sunday Stanley Evans contacted me and set up a time to test drive both minis .I arrived on the day set and drove both vehicles. I settled for the 2023 Mini Cooper S 2 door hardtop with 17,000 miles on it and was like brand new! I had a 2007 Mini Cooper S Convertible that I loved and traded in for the newer one. I love my new Mini! One of the best car buying experience I ever had. They even beat my credit union interest rate. Thank you gentlemen for the great experience. More
