It is the service department at Mini Of Townson that sold me on the brand from day one. My Service Advisor, Alan Rolocut make me feel like I am the only customer that he has. I feel like he cares as much about the service of my vehicle as I do. What I realize is that he probably makes all the customers feel this way. A service technician can either make or break a dealership, no doubt in mind Alan makes Mini of Towson the dealership of choice for me. More
