Great Service...... Again!!! I had scheduled Preventive Maintenance visit with Yoni, and a couple added things to look at that I requested. My appointment was scheduled at time of my convenience, and Yoni saw to it that a Mini of Baltimore County loaner was waiting for me. To address the extra that i had requested for Yoni to do, he called to let me know how much extra it would cost which i agreed to. When i picked up my car, the invoice was about $40 less then expected. Kudos to Yoni and the whole service team. As per the loaner, I always request a 1985 Yugo, but Yoni always puts me in a brand new, fully loaded Mini of some sort, which just taunts my wallet, and keeps me driving Mini's! If I didn't know better, I'd think he plans it that way!! I thoroughly enjoyed my day in the new Countryman, and had fun playing with the features that my Clubman does not have. As usual, I received the first class service and treatment I've grown to expect and receive from Yoni and Mini of Baltimore County! Keep up the fine work!! Randy Goldberg More

Everytime I need service (either regular or when one of the magic lights appear), Yo I continue to be a Mini owner because Yoni is my service advisor. Everytime I need service (either regular or when one of the magic lights appear), Yoni helps diagnose the problem, explains what needs to be checked or done, and then makes sure my car is serviced as soon as possible. Do not lease from them, they will not honor the extended warranty, they will scam you into having work done with them which actually becomes an inflated price. They neglect to inform you the truth about your lease. I'm done...it was a good run while it lasted. I don't need to spend thousands of dollars and be treated as a pion!!! More
