Great Service I just want to state that since I purchased my Mini in 2010, I have enjoyed working with the entire staff at this dealership. Though I did not purchase my car from this dealership, it was this dealership that put my car into the best possible condition that the other dealership messed up. Its a pleasure to bring my car in for service, or just stop to ask a question. Your waiting area and the amenities are outstanding. I enjoy walking around and looking at the models on the floor. its amazing to say that I want to keep my car because of the service and the atmosphere Thanks for being who you are. My service tech (Yoni Baron) is also the reason I have kept my car. Mr. Baron is a pleasure to work with. He is a sincere individual who cares about the owner as well as the vehicle. I can call and ask the most outrageous question and he just smiles and answers me in laymen's terms that I can understand. He is a great asset to your dealership as well as to the Mini name for me. Clubman is a smooth operator Whenever I call Yoni to schedule a service appointment, whether I need a loaner or not, he is always polite and informative, even for "minor" things. I had spoken to him about getting yellow fog lights, he noted that Mini doesn's supply them but that I could get aftermarket bulbs that they would install. I got the bulbs, made an early AM appointment, arrived late due to weather/traffic, but was still out in a few minutes in my clean Clubman with its yellow fog lights installed. The coffee's not too bad either. More
