Clubman is a smooth operator Whenever I call Yoni to schedule a service appointment, whether I need a loaner or not, he is always polite and informative, even for "minor" things. I had spoken to him about getting yellow fog lights, he noted that Mini doesn's supply them but that I could get aftermarket bulbs that they would install. I got the bulbs, made an early AM appointment, arrived late due to weather/traffic, but was still out in a few minutes in my clean Clubman with its yellow fog lights installed. The coffee's not too bad either. More
