MINI of Towson

The car buying experience was great until they failed to provide title for the car I purchased out right at the time of the sale . Here it is 5 months later and I still do not have a title for the vehicle a provide title for the car I purchased out right at the time of the sale . Here it is 5 months later and I still do not have a title for the vehicle and per Maryland state law they are required to have the title on premise at the time of sale and have 30 days to provide it to the consumer or finance company. We are at 5 months now and they haven't given me the title. I'm shocked that a "reputable" dealership would conduct business this way. My calls and emails have been ignored . They will never get business from me again and I CAUTION those who purchase from them because this is very shady at this point and my next course of action is to seek legal counsel. More
